Bryan Matthews (President/Operations Manager/Investigator)

Retired from the United States Navy recently after 20 years of honorable and highly decorated service.  His first nine years spent as a Hospital Corpsman where he was attached to numerous Special Operation units for the United States Marine Corps, and the last 11 years as a Navy Cryptologic Technician – Collections, Special Warfare Operator.  He specialized in the following areas: Intelligence gathering, Direct Support Ships Signals Exploitation Equipment Operator where he conducted daily briefings and coordinated support with continuous Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance services to assigned U.S. and Allied Maritime and ground Patrol Aircraft, Special Mission aircraft, and other Special Warfare Forces engaged in operations around the globe.

As an Investigation and Reporting Specialist he performed in depth current and term analysis, reported real time or historical activities for fleet or national mission support, manipulated computerized data bases, produced finished summary reports by integrating multi source intelligence, primary screening performed by key sources, own analysis of raw or semi processed investigative and tactical critical products. Information Warfare Operator-Classic Owl where he performed Special Intelligence Operations mission tasking in accordance with various Department of Defense and United States Intelligence and Security agencies. Extensive weapons and security training in order to protect vital personnel and classified information.  Navy Recruiter Canvasser where he performed background checks, conducted police record checks, coordinated drug screenings, processed and maintained confidential Personally Identifiable Information used to input into national database systems in accordance with state and federal government compliance. Questioned individuals and associates to obtain verification of marital status, child custody, and information about individuals’ character or financial status.  Collaborated mission critical Operations on a regular basis with the following agencies and organizations:
